What information does my employer have access to regarding my personal claims?
Great question! We understand that you are providing us with private information and we take confidentiality very seriously here at Olympia Benefits.
Your employer will never see the exact items and expenses that you are claiming. They will only have access to the dollar amount that you are claiming so that they (as the business) can provide funding to Olympia so that you can be reimbursed. Without this information, the business would not know how much funding to send Olympia and your claim would not be reimbursed.
Your employer has access to various reports that for their business accounting which includes details such as the total amount claimed for each employee, the claim numbers and a group listing of the type of claims submitted. Individual names are never linked to the type of claims submitted as the report only shows the items for the entire group as a whole not per employee.
