We often get asked, "Do we accept claims that were purchased in a different country?" The answer is yes we do as long as the following two criteria have been met:
1. The item or service must fall within our Eligible Expenses list
2. The amount paid has been converted into Canadian dollars prior to submitting the claim
Enter the date of service and you will receive the exact rate for that day. Once you have the converted dollar amount, enter that for your claim submission.
